About the Committee
The Grievance Redressal Cell provides a formal platform for students and staff to address academic, administrative, and personal concerns. The cell ensures transparency, fairness, and timely resolution of grievances while maintaining confidentiality and a student-friendly environment.
Objectives
- Provide a fair and transparent mechanism to resolve student and staff grievances.
- Ensure timely redressal of academic and administrative complaints.
- Maintain complete confidentiality throughout the grievance process.
- Improve institutional services based on feedback and resolved grievances.
- Promote a culture of open communication between students and management.

- Receiving and documenting grievances from students and staff.
- Forwarding complaints to the relevant department or authority for resolution.
- Monitoring the progress and ensuring timely closure of each grievance.
- Maintaining records of all complaints and their outcomes.

How to Submit a Complaint / Concern
- Fill in the Grievance Form with complete details of your concern.
- Submit the form to the Grievance Cell Coordinator or drop it in the Grievance Box on campus.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days.
- The grievance will be reviewed and forwarded to the concerned department.
- Resolution will be communicated to you within 15 working days.
